Registration Information

Lunch reservations are full and now closed. We will have a few lunches available on the day of the event, but cannot guarantee availability.

You have the option to pre-pay your site fee via PayPal in addition to pre-registering. If you choose to pre-pay, an invoice will be sent to the email that you provide.

Pre-registration will close on Thursday, June 15. All invoices must be paid by end of the day on Wednesday June 21 or they will be cancelled and you will need to pay at gate.

Accessibility Information

This school location has excellent accessibility.  We have adjusted our use of the building to keep everything on one floor and avoid elevators and stairs.  Drop off within 100′ of front door is  possible.

Meal Information

Lunch reservations are full and now closed. We will have a few lunches available on the day of the event, but cannot guarantee availability.
A box lunch is offered by the Madrone Culinary Guild.  The cost is $10 per lunch, and folks are encourage to pre-register to reserve a lunch.
A simple lunch from Germany:
The recipes in this lunch come from ‘Ein new Kochbuch’ by Marx Rumpolt (1581), ‘Das Kochbuch der Sabina Welserin’, by Sabina Welserin (1553), and the Königsberg MS. (late 15th century).

This meal is dairy-free, the cookie and bread will be packages separately, and everything else is gluten free.  Please inquire if you have other dietary concerns.

Youth and Family Activities

There will be two tables of medieval games available for casual play and learning, look for these under the stairs/balcony.

Volunteer Information

Volunteers for gate, set-up and clean-up, and lunch crew are most welcome.  Please write to us if interested in volunteering to make this event happen.
