Meal Information

The Shire will provide bottled water and prepackaged snacks.

Tournament Information

Pre-registration for the tournaments is not required, but it does help checking in with Lists go faster.  Those who pre-register will have their fighter authorization verified prior to the event.  Deadline to pre-register is Friday, 4/18 at 12pm.

Invocations will be done immediately preceding the tournament.

Rapier Defender Tournament

Competitors will begin each fight with weapons sheathed, cloaks worn, bucklers slung, etc.
At lay on, weapons and secondaries can be deployed.
As long as there is not a prohibitive
number of combantants present, there may be the option of those not competing for the position to compete.

Heavy Defender Tournament

The heavy tournament will be a Round Robin, Bring your Best.

There may be adjustments to the tournament styles based on attendance.

Youth and Family Activities

There will be a series of Demos and Discussions throughout the day.

There will be a period cooking demo hosted by Visconti Eduardo Lucrezia

Lady Oswyne Walston will be bring out her Angora Bunnies to introduce and pet.

Lady Mergret will be hosting a live demo:  “Live like a Medieval Forester”
