Here be the Potluck Sides info!
There are provided mains of a carnivorous type (depending on availability, I’m aiming for roast turkey & ham). Desserts should be covered by the Immaculate Confection portion of the event.
Each adult attending should bring a side to feed 8-10 people. Veggies, root veggies, stuffings, breads, spreads like butter or compounded butters, sauces, cheeses, fruits, pickles and preserves, and sure, salad. Salads are fine too.
Please jot down what the dish is and what ingredients it contains to help those with allergies and sensitivities.
Lastly, if there are specified GF or Vegan or Vegetarian dishes at the feast and you aren’t GF, Vegan or Vegetarian, try and leave those dishes for those who have special dietary needs. Consider it for your second helping. The every and always awesome Jerrick / Pax is the contact for this portion of the event.
HEAR YE HEAR YE TO THE BARDS WHERE THE SEA PARTS
Our bardic challenge for Yule to compete for the title of the Siren of Seagirt is nigh: To compete, may you come prepared with two songs or other bardic performances to share that are:
Spread the word far and wide to all bards that arrive with the tide Let us fill the halls with feast and song For the Yule season will be upon us before long!
The theme is Marginalia. Anyone wishing to compete please bring a themed dessert that will be shared out by judges and then to the attendees of the event. Contact for this is Janice Mandy / Halveig, Baroness of Seagirt
As the hall is on the smaller side and the event is on the shorter side of things, we are not doing any formal merchanting at this event. If you are an attending and paid attendee, it is fine if you bring things to sell, but we do not have room for actual sales tables.
There will be some A&S Stations of some fun activities. Fionn is the organizer of this portion of the event.
The site is accessible.
