Registration Information

Pre-registration for Site Fee and Lunch

Pre-registration will be available for Summits Coronet on Castrorum.
By registering online, it helps smooth out the gate check in process.   Those that wish to participate in Lunch must choose that option when pre-registering.  (+$10)

Online registration will be available from February 5th until March 20th.

Lodging Information

Red Lion in McMinnville, Oregon (Link coming)  $140 per night for One King size bed or Double Queen Room. Amenities: Pool, Hot Tub, TV, Microwave, Refrigerator, Complimentary Breakfast.   For discounts, please complete by February 27th, 2024.   Reservation availability has been extended to March 12th.

Accessibility Information

First Baptist Church is handicap accessible with an elevator on site for those that need it. Also, Washington Street is accessible to drive down, drop off at entrance, or a few cars to park near. Meal Information

Lunch is available as an additional purchase of $10 to all those that pre-register for the event.

We will be providing Sandwiches and a variety of Soups.  If you have any dietary restrictions, please make note of them in the Comments section when you pre-register for the event.

Tournament Information

Summits Spring Coronet Tournament

Pre-registration is required to enter the Coronet Tournament.  All those who wish to compete to become their Highnesses’ successors must register using this form.  Tournament registration closes on March 21st.

Heavy Marshal: Lord Fergus The Red, Senior Marshall
Tournament format:
The Coronet Tournament will be a double elimination tournament.
Each round is best two out of three, bring your best.
The Finals will be best three of five.

Sword of the Mountain, Cut & Thrust Champion Tournament

Cut and Thrust Marshal: Viscount Antoine à la Langue d’Or
Tournament format:   This will be a bring your best tournament, following all standard rules of C&T in An Tir.

  • If there are 6 or less entrants it will be a double round robin, with the top 2 being pulled into a best 2 of 3 finals.
  • If there are 7-11 entrants it will be a single round robin with the top 4 being pulled into a best 2 of 3 semi and then finals.
  • If there are 12+ entrants it will be a double elimination tournament with the finals being best 2 of 3

Registration for the tournament will be the day of the event, Lists will open at 9:00 am, and will close at 9:30 am when court starts.

Please ensure you have your fighter card or the authorization database ready to be shown to both lists and inspecting marshal, as well as any reduced armour paperwork ready to show inspecting marshal.

Youth and Family Activities

Children and Youth are welcome in the Arts and Science classes.

  • Age 5 and up: Dry Clay Creations with L Esja Kittinger of Mtn Edge!
  • Age 5 and up: Coat of Arms creations by Margarete of Mtn Edge!
  • Age 10 and up:  Macrame Wrap Stones with Aine Mac Raith of Mtn Edge.

Volunteer Information

Volunteering is vital to all events.   It takes an army of folk at the gate, lists, heralding, marshaling, art and sciences, children and youth activities, and food prep.   If you are able to help at this event and are able to sign up in advance, please fill out our Volunteer form (To be added). 

Looking for a Volunteer Coordinator, someone to check in with volunteers and bring snacks or water to them,  create a check in list, and recruit volunteers for any loose ends 2 weeks before event.  Respond to Asny Brunsdottir, the event steward.

Classes Offered

There is something for all ages. Children 12 and under need to be accompanied with a parent.

Coat of Arms creations by Margarete of Mtn Edge!
When: 10: am, 2 hours
Class Size:  8 people max (parent and child count as one participant)
Description:  Participants will select the symbols that they feel best represents who they are. Using that symbol, they will make a banner or a shield.

Macrame Wrap Stones with Aine Mac Raith of Mtn Edge.
When: 10: am, 2 hours
Class Size:  8 people max. Ages 10 and up. (parent and child count as one participant)
Description:  We will be making macrame necklaces. Macrame dates back to as early as the 13th century. The term macrame comes from a decorative knotting technique used by Arab weavers on embroidered cloths. Our macrame will be used to hold stones. Please feel free to bring a favorite stone at least an inch in size or we will have some on hand.

Dry Clay Creations with L Esja Kittinger of Mtn Edge!
When: 10: am, 2 hours
Class Size:  No Max.  Ages 5 and up.
Description:  Make beads, or whatever you feel like!

Open Display of Art of any type.
Lady Claire le Deyare of Dragons Mist will host various Arts & Science display tables.
Those that wish to display can drop off at 9:30 a.m.  Items should be picked up by 4:30 p.m.

Lady Claire will be displaying her recently finished replica of a 14th century Swiss bag. If you’ve heard about her silkworms, this is another step in her process towards her final Kingdom project. She’ll also have a display board about natural dyes all day at her merchant booth.
